Most tools sell you one thing and charge for the rest. A RocSite workspace comes with the whole set, and every part of it feeds the same assistant.
Describe a small internal tool. RocSite builds it as a live app you can open, trash, and enhance. Pac-Man, a tip calculator, and an invoicing draft already shipped that way. It is not a replacement for a full ERP.

In most software, separation between customers is a line of code someone can forget. Here it is also enforced underneath the application, by row-level security in the database that holds your data, and cross-organization access is tested. No system is perfectly secure; we say what we do and where it can fall short in the privacy policy.
Your content is not used to improve the product unless you say so. On every plan, free or paid, workspace content is never used to improve RocSite unless the workspace turns on Help improve RocSite with my data in Settings. It is off by default. Google data is never used that way. Your content stays yours on every plan.
Every answer names the pages it used, then checks itself, scoring how well those passages actually support what it said. An assistant that tells you "these sources only partly back this up" is worth more than one that's confidently wrong.
Every app is included at every tier. You are buying tokens: how much the assistant can read, answer and build for you each day, and how many people share it.
Standard plans are not for protected health information, privileged material, or other regulated data. Dedicated is a contract, priced by quote. Email support@rocsite.com. It does not start a workspace from the signup page.
Seats you buy are seats you get. A purchased seat count is recorded against your workspace, so a negotiated deal isn't forced into a tier.

Only for the features you connect. Gmail lets you read, search and send your mail in the Email app and ask RocMagic about it; Google Drive (read-only) lets Ask search and summarize your documents; Google Calendar (read-only) shows your events in the Agenda. A connected Gmail is private to you unless you share it with your workspace. Google data is never sold, never used for ads, never used to train any AI model, and never sent to an outside AI provider. Disconnect any time: access is revoked at Google, and you can delete everything that was imported. To edit a Drive file, use Edit with RocMagic, which copies it into RocSite Drive. Every record belongs to one organization. Row-level security in the database, as well as the application, refuses queries that cross that line, and cross-organization access is tested in both directions.
Export everything from inside the app, any time. Purge the workspace yourself. 30-day export window after cancellation, written into the Terms.
