One workspace · your own AI

Your company just got a whole lot bigger.

Your documents, mail, meetings, CRM and records, now answerable in plain language. Every reply names the page it came from, then scores how well that page actually supports it. The models run on hardware you control. And when the twelve bundled apps aren't the thing you need, you ask it to build the app.

No credit card to look around · Your data stays in your workspace

This is the actual product.

Not a mockup and not a slide deck. The fastest way to see it is to open a workspace yourself, which takes about a minute and costs nothing.

What RocSite is, and why it exists.

Open a workspace

Wiki, mail, CRM, meetings. Already in the kit.

Most tools sell you one thing and charge for the rest. A RocSite workspace comes with the whole set, and every part of it feeds the same assistant.

WikiPages, spaces, attachments. The memory everything else reads from.
AskPlain-language questions over everything you own. Answers cite their sources.
NotesQuick capture that the assistant can read back to you.
CRMContacts, companies, deals: answerable, not just searchable.
MailConnect a mailbox; your mail joins the same searchable memory.
MeetingsRooms, recording, transcription and speaker separation.
FilesUpload anything; documents are indexed and answerable.
AgendaCalendar and planning, with an assistant that reads the day from the record.
StudioVideo editing and social scheduling in the same workspace.
ArcadePlay, or build your own games. Yes, really.
MCP39 tools on an authenticated endpoint, so your own AI tools can work inside your workspace.
TrustAudit records, exportable, and a verifiable attestation of what ran.

Ask for the app. Pac-Man already shipped.

This is the part people don't believe until they see it. Describe the thing you want, and RocSite builds it into your workspace as a working app.

You: "Build me a tip calculator for the team"
RocSite: → app created, installed, live

You: "Build a Pac-Man game"
RocSite: → app created, installed, playable

Both of those are real apps sitting in a real workspace right now. They were not coded by hand. They were asked for.

🧩

Why it matters for a business

The small internal tool that never gets built (the intake form, the quote calculator, the checklist that lives in someone's head) is the one that costs you every week. When building it is a sentence instead of a sprint, it gets built.

Your hardware. 254 forced policies. A score on every citation.

Not positioning. These are architectural choices you can verify.

Your hardware

The AI isn't someone else's API

Assistant, search, transcription and embeddings run on infrastructure you control. Your workspace content isn't shipped to a model vendor to answer a question. It's a written commitment with 30 days' notice before it could ever change, not a preference.

The database refuses

Isolation that a bug can't undo

In most software, separation between customers is a line of code someone can forget. Here it's 254 row-level security policies enforced by PostgreSQL itself. The app connects as a role that cannot bypass them, and the service refuses to start if that's ever untrue.

Show your work

Answers that cite, and grade themselves

Every answer names the pages it used, then checks itself, scoring how well those passages actually support what it said. An assistant that tells you "these sources only partly back this up" is worth more than one that's confidently wrong.

Seats you buy are seats you get. A purchased seat count is recorded against your workspace, so a negotiated deal isn't forced into a tier.

The questions buyers actually ask

Where does our data go?

Into your workspace, on infrastructure we operate. The AI features are served by models on that same infrastructure. Three subprocessors, named publicly: Cloudflare, Stripe, Resend. See the list.

Can another customer see our data?

No, and it isn't enforced by application code. Every record belongs to one organization and the database refuses queries that cross the line. Tested in both directions.

Can we leave?

Export everything from inside the app, any time. Purge the workspace yourself. 30-day export window after cancellation, written into the Terms.

What about legal review?

Terms · Privacy · DPA · Refunds · Acceptable use. All public, no account needed.

Do you support SSO?

Not yet. SAML and OIDC aren't live, and we'd rather say so than discover it during your rollout. Email and password sign-in works today.

What if we change our mind?

Full refund within 14 days of your first payment. No conditions on how much you used it. Read the policy.

Your company already knows the answer. It just can't find it.

Put your documents, mail and meetings in one place, and ask.
